LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE

Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995

The Shire of Katanning gives notice that it proposes to sell properties as follows;

Property: 25 Kaatanup Loop, Katanning
Proposed Purchaser: Parminder Singh
Consideration: $100,000 (ex GST)

Market Valuation: $100,000 (ex GST) as determined by a valuation dated 23 December 2025

Property: 27 Kaatanup Loop, Katanning
Proposed Purchasers: Gurpreet Singh Guraya and Manjeet Kauy Guraya
Purchase Price: $100,000

Market Valuation: $100,000 (ex GST) as determined by a valuation dated 23 December 2025

Submissions must be made in writing by 2 February 2026 and be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer via email admin@katanning.wa.gov.au or via post to the Shire of Katanning, PO Box 130, Katanning WA 6317.
