Council Meetings

Ordinary Council Meetings for 2026 are held every fourth Tuesday of the month (unless otherwise advertised). The Meetings are held in the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre, Council Chambers located at 52 Austral Terrace Katanning, commencing at 5:30pm. The agenda is made available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. 

Ordinary Council meetings are open to members of the public and a period is allocated in every agenda for public question time. The Council considers all items on the agenda and makes a formal resolution on each item.

Members of the public wishing to submit a question may do so in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by email: admin@katanning.wa.gov.au by 2pm on the day of the Council meeting.
