NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS
The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held on Tuesday 24 February 2026 commencing at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers at the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to receive the Annual Report for 2024/25. The order of business will be as follows:
1. Receipt of the Annual Report for 2024/25.
2. General Business.
A copy of the Annual Report is available by contacting the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning or by visiting the Shire website
Electors wishing to raise specific issues during general business are encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer, Peter Klein on 9821 9999 prior to the meeting so that appropriate information can be made available on the night.
