New CEO Appointed

The Shire of Katanning Council is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Klein as Chief Executive Officer of the Shire of Katanning.

With experience in Local Government from the Shire of Wyalkatchem, as well as corporate experience, including Chief Executive Officer of Mid-West Ports, Mr Klein brings a unique combination of skills to this role.

Shire President Liz Guidera expressed her enthusiasm for Mr Klein's appointment and anticipated his positive impact on the organization and the community. She stated, "we believe Peter is the right candidate to provide strong leadership to our organization and community and we look forward to working together in the best interests of Katanning. His corporate experience and track record of driving economic growth and leading teams makes him an ideal fit for our Shire.”

Mr Klein's expertise and his ability to work with the newly elected Council and our community, will be instrumental in shaping the future of Katanning.

Mr Klein will assume his new role on December 13. Please join us in welcoming him to the Shire of Katanning.
