The Shire of Katanning has one 4x2 family home available for rent at 19 Kaatanup Loop Katanning. The house has been designated as Key Worker Accommodation.
Key Worker Accommodation
Key Workers are employees in services that are essential to the community but who may not be able to access appropriate accommodation.
Employers providing essential services in the following areas will be given priority:
Rent will be set at the market rate.

To apply please complete the Rental Application Form - download here. The application should also include a covering letter outlining the applicant's occupation and current role in accordance with the Key Worker Accommodation requirement.
Applications should be submitted by Friday 12 August 2022 to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Katanning, 52 Austral Terrace Katanning or email admin@katanning.wa.gov.au.
