The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held on Thursday 6 February 2020 commencing at 7:30pm at the Pioneer Room, Katanning Leisure Centre, Pemble Street Katanning.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to receive the Annual Report for 2018/19. The order of business will be as follows:
- Receipt of the Annual Report for 2018/19.
- General Business.
A copy of the Annual Report can be obtained by contacting the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning or by visiting our website www.katanning.wa.gov.au
Electors wishing to raise specific issues during general business are encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer, Julian Murphy on 9821 9999 prior to the meeting so that appropriate information can be made available on the night.
