On Friday 31 July 2020 at the 2020 AILA WA Landscape Architecture Awards, landscape architects, Plan E, won three awards for the Katanning Welcome Precinct (All Ages Playground) in the following:

• Landscape Architecture Award for Parks and Open Space
• Award of Excellence for Play Spaces
• Regional Achievement in Landscape Architecture Award

The AILA WA jury appreciated the celebration and retention of the iconic giant play equipment which maintains community connection to the All Ages Playground.
