A reminder that illegally dumped rubbish is strictly prohibited, and penalties will apply if you are found responsible.

Illegal dumping is the unlawful disposal of any rubbish in public places such as bushlands, waterways, streets, laneways, parks, and footpaths. Dumped waste can attract others to dump waste at the same location, be aesthetically displeasing, attract pests, and create odour.

If you see anyone creating these dangers to our community, please report them to the Shire of Katanning by contacting 9821 9999 or admin@katanning.wa.gov.au and inform us of where any dumping has occurred.
