The Shire of Katanning invites submissions from suitably resourced businesses or organisations for the redevelopment or repurposing of the Old Bowling Club site in Katanning.

The property is owned by the Shire of Katanning and situated at 10 Tait Terrace, Katanning.  The site is approximately 1.58ha in area and includes the former clubhouse, bowling greens, car park and surrounding parkland.  The property is zoned special use under the Local Planning Scheme and is currently vacant.
