A burst water main at the intersection of Arbour and Carew Streets Katanning has required the roads to be closed to traffic in all directions as at 4.30pm on Friday 11 October 2019.  The intersection will be closed until further notice; motorists should avoid the area and use alternative routes. 

Update: Tuesday 15 October 2019 - repairs have been undertaken and the intersection is open to traffic. Motorist should exercise caution when driving through the area as the road surface is uneven and not yet reinstated. 

Water Corporation staff are in attendance. Further information may be available from the Water Corp website.
