Tour the largest undercover sheep saleyards in the southern hemisphere and watch the trucks and impressive sheep-dogs unload the sheep. Be sure to come on a Tuesday evening, during the Bloom Festival, to stay for a Paddock to Plate Dinner (6:00pm) featuring local WAMMCO produce at the onsite cafe. You’ll need stamina to explore all the wonders of the region, so kick-start your Wednesday with a special Bloom Breakfast (6am), also at the onsite cafe and watch the sheep auction in action (from 8.30am). Access friendly. Tours upon request. Bookings essential.
