Notice of Annual General meeting of Electors
The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held on Wednesday 28 February 2024 commencing at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace, Katanning.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to receive the Annual Report for 2022/23. The order of business will be as follows:

- Receipt of the Annual Report for 2022/23.
- General Business.
A copy of the Annual Report is available by contacting the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre, or may be downloaded here
Electors wishing to raise specific issues during general business are encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer, Peter Klein on 9821 9999 prior to the meeting so that appropriate information can be made available on the night.
