Katanning Leisure & Function Centre

Officially opened in 1997, the Katanning Leisure Centre (commonly known as the KLC) was built largely as a result of fundraising efforts and contributions from the local community and surrounding districts.

The complex provides:

  • quality indoor sporting facilities
  • gymnasium
  • group fitness classes
  • fully equipped function room, able to cater for business, social or community events
  • commercial kitchen
  • large general-purpose stadium
  • bar facilities
  • meeting rooms
  • creche
  • two outdoor ovals

Sundays and Public Holidays the Leisure Centre is closed, with the exception to private bookings, functions or other arrangements. Opening hours can also vary from term to term to accommodate sporting events.

Amped Up -

Our 45-minute circuit class offers a sequence of exercises; each performed for a set duration before transitioning to the next. This high-intensity format is designed to keep participants engaged and challenged, promoting continuous progression while enhancing strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

HIIT Circuit - 

Our 30-minute circuit class features a dynamic sequence of high-intensity exercises, designed to keep you engaged and challenged while improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Mat Pilates -

Mat Pilates is a full-bodyweight resistance workout that focuses on core strength, postural alignment, mobility, and controlled movement. Using just your bodyweight, a mat, and props you'll tone muscles, improve balance, and enhance body awareness

Yin Yoga - 

Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative practice where poses are held for 3–5 minutes to target deep connective tissues like fascia and joints. Designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and restore energy flow, it’s the perfect complement to a busy lifestyle or active workout routine

Boxing - 

A partner-based Hit workout focusing on technique, strength, mobility and discipline. Working with and improving hand eye coordination and muscle memory. 

Seniors Pilates - 

This low-impact Pilates class is specially designed for older adults, focusing on improving core strength, posture, mobility, and balance—all in a safe and supportive environment. Modified to strengthen targeted areas.

Youth Yin Yoga Fun Flow - 

Youth can connect with one another, explore meditative practices while working on improved flexibility, release tension, restore energy and slow down in a safe and supervised environment.
