Ordinary Council Meetings are held on every fourth Thursday of each month from February - December (unless otherwise advertised). The Meetings are held in the Administration Civic Building Council Chambers located at 52 Austral Terrace Katanning, commencing at 6:00pm. The agenda is made available on Thursday afternoons of the week prior to the meeting.
Ordinary Council meetings are open to members of the public and a period is allocated in every agenda for public question time. The Council considers all items on the agenda and makes a formal resolution on each item.
Members of the public wishing to submit a question may do so in writing to the Chief Executive Officer by email: admin@katanning.wa.gov.au by 2pm on the day of the Council meeting.
