The Shire of Katanning invites applications from eligible Seniors to rent Independent Living Units in Kaatanup Loop, Piesse Lake, Katanning.

The Shire has four 3x2 houses available to individuals or couples who meet the following criteria:

• an Australian citizen or permanent resident;
• an applicant or applicants must be 65 years or over (non - Aboriginal); or
• 55 years or over (Aboriginal decent); and
• Satisfy the income eligibility criteria.

Interested applicants should obtain the Application Guidelines and Application Assessment Form from the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre, 52 Austral Terrace, Katanning or website www.katanning.wa.gov.au.

Applications close Wednesday 27 April 2022.
