Pursuant to the powers delegated by the Bushfires Act 1954 section 17 and 18, notice is hereby given that the Prohibited Burning period has been extended for the area within the Katanning town site boundary by 14 days from midnight 28  February 2021 until midnight on the 14 March 2021 inclusive.     

The rural farming area will commence the Restricted Burning Period from 15 February 2021 until 30 April 2021.
