The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held on Thursday 24 March 2022 commencing at 7:30pm in the Council Chambers at the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to receive the Annual Report for 2020/21. The order of business will be as follows
- Receipt of the Annual Report for 2020/21.
- General Business.
A copy of the Annual Report will be available by contacting the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning or by visiting the Shire website

Electors wishing to raise specific issues during general business are encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer, Julian Murphy on 9821 9999 prior to the meeting so that appropriate information can be made available on the night.
