Inter-generational Mindfulness Sessions

Katanning Library is excited to announce a NEW program for ALL AGES!
We are super thrilled to announce that Mindfulness Sessions will be running all term on Thursday afternoons from 3.30pm-4.30pm. The idea is to have community members of all ages come together to learn, share and create. We will be working together to bring more peace and calm to each of our lives.
Each session will consist of a short Mindfulness exercise, reading time and a fun mindful task (different activities each week).
Some activity ideas are:
• Stress ball
• Friendship bracelets (french knitting)
• Colouring
• Puzzles / Board Games
• Calming jar
• Pin wheel
All ages are welcome - bring along the grandchildren, aunties and uncles and neighbours!
