Welcome to Katanning’s youth section, watch this space as it will be updated with upcoming events and programs for you to enjoy.

My name is Abby and I am your local Development Officer, my job is to organise and create fun events and programs for the community to enjoy and participate in. If you have any ideas please feel free to come down to the shire or message us on our facebook page Katanning Youth Program.

I hope you will keep checking this section as I will try my best to update it each month.

The Shire of Katanning depends on local youth and parents to voice out their ideas on what activities we should be running at the Leisure Centre or during the school holidays. We try our best to cater for different interest and we will try our best to run your ideas, however we also depend on volunteers to help promote and coordinate our programs and of course parents to encourage their children to attend so that we can ensure the program is a success and continues.

Our January School Holiday Program is running so if you would like a copy of the calendar pop down to the shire office or pick one up at the Rec Centre.
